At Game and Glory (GAG), we aim to ship orders as quickly and securely as possible. Below, you will find details on our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and packaging standards.


1. When Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • Orders are processed daily from our fulfillment locations in Malaysia. In most cases, orders will be shipped out within 2 business day after payment is confirmed.
  • During peak periods (such as new trading card set releases or promotions), processing times may be longer.
  • Our fulfillment centers follow Malaysia's national and state holidays, so please take this into account when placing urgent orders.

📌 Preorders:

  • If your order contains preorder items, it may not be shipped until all products in your order are available for dispatch.

2. Packaging & Order Protection

We take great care to ensure that your order is well-protected during shipping:

  • Bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and outer cardboard boxes are used for secure packaging.
  • TCG singles are shipped in waterproof plastic bags, and high-value cards are additionally protected with top loaders.

If you have special requests for packaging, please contact our support team before placing your order.

📌 If your order is placed from Sabah or Sarawak, the delivery time may take longer than usual due to extended transit times. The exact delivery timeframe depends on the logistics provider’s schedule and transportation conditions.

🌏 International Shipping

We also ship to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and courier services.

4. Store Pick-Up (For Local Customers)
