5. Orders

5.1 Placing an Order

  • By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products, forming a Purchase Contract upon confirmation.

5.2 Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered received when you receive an email confirmation from GAG.

5.3 Customer Communication

  • We primarily communicate via email; ensure your contact details are correct and monitored.

5.4 Order Cancellation by GAG

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch and will issue a full refund if this occurs.

5.5 Customer Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel preorders only under the Preorder Policy terms.

5.6 Internet & System Errors

  • We are not responsible for order delays or failures due to internet disruptions or system errors.

5.7 Force Majeure

  • GAG is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supplier delays).

5.8 Incorrect Delivery Address

  • If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, we may charge a redelivery fee for additional attempts.

6. Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments must be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other methods as available on the website.

6.2 Payment Processing

  • Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.

6.3 Fraud Prevention

7.5 Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

  • Once dispatched, the responsibility for tracking and receiving orders lies with the customer.
  • GAG is not responsible for incorrect delivery times provided by couriers.

7.6 Remote Locations

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to remote locations or charge additional postage fees.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods, Returns

8.1 Faulty or Damaged Products

  • We will repair, replace, or refund faulty or damaged products in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8.2 Change of Mind Returns

  • GAG does not accept change of mind returns.
  • In some cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit—contact our support team for details.

9. Privacy Policy

  • By placing an order, you agree that GAG may store, process, and use your personal data for order fulfillment.
  • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

10. Gift Vouchers

10.1 Validity

  • Gift Vouchers & eVouchers do not expire.
  • We recommend storing them securely, as lost vouchers may not be recoverable.

10.2 Redemption

  • Vouchers can be used at checkout by entering the Gift Card code.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Ownership Transfer

  • Title and risk in products pass to the customer at the point of dispatch.

11.2 Policy Changes

  • GAG reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  • Changes apply prospectively from the date they are published.

11.3 Severability

  • If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

11.4 No Waiver
