Building Malaysia’s First & Largest Riftbound TCG Community — The Game and Glory Story Time
In every great trading card game, the community is what gives the game its soul.
For Riftbound TCG, that soul is already taking shape in Malaysia — and it started at Game and Glory.
Before any official Southeast Asia launch dates were confirmed, before sealed products hit shelves, and before competitive structures were announced, Game and Glory took the first step: bringing players together.

Starting Before the Launch
When Riftbound was first announced globally, excitement spread fast — but uncertainty followed just as quickly. With no confirmed launch timeline for Southeast Asia, many communities chose to wait.
Game and Glory chose to act.
We hosted Malaysia’s first Riftbound Proxy Event, drawing an impressive 17 players for our very first outing — a strong statement for a game not yet officially released in the region. Since then, our Riftbound events have consistently attracted 10+ players every session, proving one thing clearly: the demand is real, and the passion is already here.
More Than Just Events — Building a Foundation
While official products are still pending, Game and Glory continues to run:
Learn-to-Play sessions
Proxy events
Casual testing nights
Community discussions and deck sharing
These sessions are open to everyone — veterans, curious newcomers, and players who have never touched Riftbound before. Our goal is simple: make Riftbound accessible, welcoming, and exciting for Malaysian players from day one.
Why Learn and Practice Riftbound Before the Official Launch?
Learning early isn’t just about getting ahead — it’s about building confidence, understanding, and community.
1. A Smoother Entry When the Game Officially Launches
When Riftbound officially arrives in Malaysia, players who have already practiced will:
Understand core mechanics instantly
Build decks with purpose
Enjoy events without feeling overwhelmed
Instead of learning under pressure, they’ll be playing with confidence.
2. Stronger, Healthier Competitive Scene
Early practice creates better players. Better players create:
Higher-quality matches
More engaging tournaments
A competitive scene that grows sustainably
This benefits everyone, from casual players to future competitive grinders.
3. Lower Barrier for New Players
By running learn-to-play sessions early, experienced players naturally become mentors. This creates a culture where:
New players feel welcomed
Questions are encouraged
The community grows organically
4. Community First, Always
A game doesn’t survive on cards alone — it survives on people.
By starting early, players form friendships, rivalries, and shared memories before official launches and major tournaments begin.
When Riftbound officially lands, Malaysia won’t be starting from zero — we’ll already be ready.
Looking Ahead
Game and Glory believes that Riftbound has massive potential in Malaysia. Our track record — from being the first to run proxy events, to building the largest active Riftbound community in the country — reflects our commitment.
We don’t just wait for games to arrive.
We build the stage first.
And when Riftbound officially launches in Malaysia, one thing is certain:
The community will already be here — strong, skilled, and united.
